Periodontal (Gum) Therapy
- Description:
The periodontium are the supporting structures in conjunction with a patient’s teeth. This includes the gums, a ligament, and the underlying bones of the jaw. Using careful cleaning and other required treatments we will provide the optimal conditions that will promote the health of these integral structures. Such treatment is used to prevent infections, limit recession and prevent underlying bone loss.
Note that our hygiene team will work with you to establish a schedule and treatment program to limit the pathogenesis of periodontal disease.
